IGTC and ISF delegates met in Arlington, Virginia on 4 October, to continue discussions on information sharing and plant breeding innovation. For IGTC, this means pragmatic, achievable, effective information-sharing solutions with the ultimate aim of ensuring smooth trade flows of agri commodities. The following specific agenda items were discussed:

• Updates on regulatory developments and trends in research and innovation
• Outreach with the food sector and other actors in the value chain
• Common priorities in global regulatory alignment
