Industry-led study into thresholds

An important IGTC resource remains the comprehensive review of marketing thresholds published in July 2016 by Canada Grains Council (CGC). The document outlines the use of marketing thresholds in the facilitation of the international trade of grain in countries including Argentina, Canada, China, France and the USA. The report is an important contribution to the development of international policies for managing the low-level presence of genetically modified grains. The work was produced by IGTC member associations, working in partnership with the Global Alliance for Agriculture Biotechnology and Trade (GAABT). The work is being used in communication and advocacy with global governments and industry partners.
